 Xicat signs agreement with Gauntlet Entertainment & Nobilis
Monday, August 18th, 2003
Xicat Interactive, Inc., a publisher of computer games such as Jane's Attack Squadron and Iron Aces II, announced today that it has signed exclusive distribution agreements with Gauntlet Entertainment in the UK and Nobilis in France. The two companies will handle all aspects of sales and distribution of Xicat titles in their respective territories.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gauntlet and Nobilis will be responsible for upcoming products including Choplifter: Crisis Shield for the PlayStation2® and Zanzarah: The Hidden Portal for the XboxTM.
'We are delighted to announce the agreements with Gauntlet and Nobilis as part of the restructuring of our European distribution.' said Alex Cook, European Sales Director at Xicat. 'The deals signify an important step for us as we look to increase Xicat's profile and products. We believe we have chosen the best partners to help Xicat grow and develop in these two territories. There will be more announcements to follow in the very near future.'
