Codemasters announces new UK Communications Manager
Wednesday, August 20th, 2003
Codemasters today announces that Max Everingham is to join the company as its UK Communications Manager.
A hugely respected industry figure, the role will see him leading Codemasters' UK press and publicity activities working alongside Head of Communications, Richard Eddy.
Prior to joining Codemasters, Max was Editor of the Official Xbox Magazine in the UK, and of T3 and Official PlayStation 2 magazines in Australia. He helped Future Network establish a market presence in Japan during his six-year stay in Chiba (near Tokyo) and has worked in the games industry in the U.S., UK and Japan.
Says Max, "As the developer and publisher of some of the strongest gaming brands in the business, Codemasters is an organisation I have always greatly admired. It is in an incredibly strong position and the talent it works with, and the games they produce, makes it a hugely exciting environment to be part of."
Codemasters is headquartered in the UK with dedicated publishing offices in the US, France, Germany, Spain and Benelux. The company also distributes and markets its portfolio of award-winning PC and console video games to over 50 countries worldwide.
